Vendor Fees

Vendor fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed and your application has been confirmed. If an event is cancelled by The Book Expo, vendors will receive a full refund or credit toward a future event.

Cancellation by Vendor

If a vendor cancels more than 30 days before the event, a 50% refund may be issued at our discretion. Cancellations within 30 days of the event are not eligible for refund.

Standards of Conduct

All vendors must maintain professional conduct, display only approved items, and adhere to setup and teardown times. The Book Expo reserves the right to remove any vendor who does not comply with event guidelines.
