📋 Vendor Refund Policy
- • Before November 1st, 2026: 80% refund available upon written request.
- • After November 1st, 2026: No refunds. No exceptions.

- All vendors must offer book-related or reader-focused products. General crafts and non-literary goods are not accepted.
- Vendor tables are $75 + Tax. Includes one 6ft table and 2 chairs. Setup begins at 8:00 AM.
- Vendors are responsible for their own table presentation, sales transactions, and change.
- Refund Policy: Cancellations requested in writing before November 1st, 2026 are eligible for an 80% refund. After November 1st, 2026, no refunds will be issued — no exceptions.
- The Book Expo reserves the right to decline applications that do not align with the literary theme of the market.
- Vendors agree to remain set up for the full duration of the market (10:00 AM – 3:00 PM).

Bookish goods for every reader! Stickers, bookmarks - magnetic and acrylic, keychains, purse chains, mugs, glass mugs, clothing, 3d bookmarks, 3d dragons and bookshelf decor. Our specific niche is fantasy, romance, moms who read and readers who workout but we have stuff for everyone in between! We just launched sept 1st so not everything is listed on etsy or shown on our Instagram yet but we are growing and doing our best! This would be amazing exposure for us and so helpful to grow our business.
I offer Fraggle’s Village, a heartwarming illustrated book (paperback and hardcover) inspired by a rescue cat, along with signed copies, magnets, stickers, pins, tote bags, postcards, and tshirts from The Fraggle Archives. My work celebrates rescue animals, storytelling, compassion, and the joy of books.
